Once the price range is set, the system will check item prices and flag all items that fall outside the range specified. (The Set Zero Priced Orders option checks for these flagged items.)
1. A Select A Price Master window will appear with the following options:
- EXIT – Select EXIT to view a list of all items for all price masters.
- A list of price masters. Scroll to the appropriate and press Enter. A list of items assigned to the price master will display.
Scroll to the appropriate price master and press Enter to select.
Note: If there are no items assigned to the price master the following message will display: "No Items Found!!! Space bar to continue."
2. The following information will display:
- Item – The item code
- Item Name – The item name
- Shipping Unit – The shipping unit of measure
- Low – The low selling price
- High – The high selling price.
Command options will also display:
- Change – Select Change to make changes to the Low and High columns.
- Next Page (Prior Page) – Select Next Page/Prior Page if there is more than one page of information.
- Update – Select Update to save changes.
Use the Next Page option to move forward one page if there is more than one page of information. Select Change to make changes to the low and high selling price for the item(s) selected.
3. Use the arrow keys to navigate through the Low and High columns. Make the appropriate changes. When you are finished making changes use the Tab, Enter, Page Down, or arrow keys to move through the remaining fields.
4. Command options will appear, as above. Select Update to save changes.
Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
